Cancellation Policy

You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. A $25.00 rescheduling fee will be charged for rescheduling within the 48 hour window. If you are a new client, please arrive to your appointment with bare nails as I do not remove any outside product for liability reasons. Thank you!
